Chapter XLI

The Leviathan neared it's face close to Virgil limp body, ignoring Eva worthless attempt at hurting it, her spells bouncing off it's magic resistant scales.

The Leviathan was close enough to devour Virgil when Virgil suddenly open his eyes. All of a sudden, Virgil burst into tiny droplets entering Leviathan's nosetrils. Eva screamed, thinking Virgil had been destroyed.

However, her worries came to nothing as Virgil burst out of the Leviathan's head, piercing through the Leviathan's head and scales. He landed on the water, picking up his mask and wearing it. Walking towards Eva, the Leviathan crashed into the water. As Virgil approached Eva, she hit him.

"Never ever scare me like that"

Virgil nodded, holding her tightly against him.

"Is he dead?" She asked, looking the the Leviathan's limp body.

"No." Virgil said, and turned just as the Leviathan roared and charged towards them.

Mulitple gunshot was heard, and very quickly the sea was covered with a blanket of black fire. The Leviathan vaporized along with the nagas, the power of the flames enormously powerful. Virgil turned and looked towards the town walls, true to his prediction, Shadow stood on the walls. Holding a metre long gun, he waved at Virgil smiling happily. The gun's barrel was glowing red, super heated from the power of Shadow's spell. Virgil suddenly screamed at Shadow through telephathy.

[That was mine]

[You took your own sweet time]

[i'll get you for this]

[you will never get the chance]

Shadow then turn and jumped into the town disappearing from Virgil's gaze.

The nagas stood beside the Leviathan.

Little is known about the nagas, but what is known about them is that they are an ancient race, thought to have relations with the god of sea posiden, rumored to be posiden's elite army, they battle on both land and seas, feared by all in the ancient times.

Virgil stood in the waters, thinking to himself. Should he handle this alone? Maybe he should evict the towns people first. In a split second, Virgil gave his orders.

"ANGELS. STAND GUARD OF THE COASTLINES, LET NOTHING FROM THE WATER PASS YOU." Virgil shouted.

Around 12 angels stood by the coastline, each wearing a ring with 4 swords on them.

Virgil knew the nagas weren't their match, even though the naga army had a 100 to 1 ratio to the 12 Angels he called.

Virgil turned to Eva, and motioned for her to come.

"Eva. I want you to stand by the coastlines. The Leviathan is too much for you to handle." Virgil said.

"Too much for me? I handled the 'Great' Virgil well enough to know that HE, is trying to take all the fun away from his girlfriend." Eva shot back.

"Aw, you found out." Virgil said.

The Leviathan roared again, this time creating waves bigger then any man has ever seen.

Virgil smiled, pointing at the biggest wave, he chanted an incantation.

Without warning, the biggest wave exploded, splashing to the other waves, they all exploded as soon as the water from the biggest wave touched them.

GETTT THEMMMMSSSSS......

The naga army roared, and charged towards the Angels.

"So it's just us and you huh." Virgil said.

Indeeddd....

"Time to bogey." Virgil said, and disappeared.

Appearing behind the large Leviathan, Virgil threw a punch at the scaly skin of the Leviathan.
But before the punch even touched the Leviathan, the tail of the Leviathan wrapped Virgil with a quick sweep.

"VIRGIL!" Eva shouted and jumped towards the Leviathan.

The Leviathan squeezed Virgil hard, he could barely move.

Struggling, he managed to squeeze out a few words. "R....run."

"You wish!" Eva said, eyes watery.

After a long combo of attacks, Eva landed on the water, she looked at Virgil, still struggling from the tight squeeze of the Leviathan.

"Vir.."

The Leviathan gave it's final squeeze, Virgil couldn't hold on much longer, took his last breath and went unconcious. Virgil's mask fell from his face.

"VIRGIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Eva screamed as the mask touched the waters.

Chapter XXXIX

The Leviathan laid in the deepest regions of the Southen Seas, quietly it waits for it's next prey, careful to whom to strike and when to strike, a creature of such devestating strength matched with a cunning mind, hunting only those with high magical auras, it had proved itself to being the king of the seas.

Without warning, the Leviathan moved, it swam at a fast pace, towards the lands of Sepira.


"Commander, we've just recieved reports that the Leviathan is moving towards Sepira." A champion said.

"How long?"

"2 mins"

"Eva!" Virgil said, giving Eva a look, they whispered an incantation, as soon as they finished the ANGELs ring glowed, and armor started to materialize on them, no quicker then a second, their ANGELs gear was there, Virgil in full crimson red, hooded and masked, no one could see his face.

Eva's gear was different, it was no secret that she abandoned her place as leader of the blood elves, her name was on every wanted list in every town near Therion. Eva specially requested a gear different from the other angels, unlike the standard hooded and mask, Eva's gear carried no such thing, completely unmasked and unhooded, face still radiating with a faint red glow, her armor is also made by Virgil himself, and ticonium had the unusual ability of hightening blood mages. The armor protected the places it needed to protect, shoulderplates, heartplate, chestplate, shinguards and the other vital points of the body, other then that, there was nothing but a ticonium chain connecting them.

The Leviathan stopped, just a mile away from Sepira, and it waited, quietly and hiding it's aura.

"I don't sense it anymore." Eva said.

"I'll show you a way of letting the enemies show themselves." Virgil said.

"What's that?"

"Watch." Virgil said, as he walked towards the water, as if without a care, he began to play in the water.

"I think the commander's gone nuts." A scout whispered to another.

"I HEARD THAT." Virgil shouted.

Just then, the water started to bubble.

"About time you stupid worm." Virgil said.

The great serpent rose from the waters, even though far from the lands, the shadow casted by the Leviathan covered the city, causing citizens to panic.

Ahhh... that powerrrr... i will haveeee it..

"You wish you stupid worm." Virgil shouted at it.

I seee.. you can readdd my minddd.....

"Yea, so why not just give in?"

The Leviathan roared, causing the giant waves towards the city.

"ANGELS." Virgil shouted.

As if a nothing happened, 4 Angels jumped into the water, whispering a quick spell, they froze the waves and smashed it before it could even reach the city.

Interestinggg.... I tooo shallll call my friendssss...

The Leviathan gave a loud shriek, so sharp that it broke every single glass in Sepira.

"You should join the opera!" Virgil shouted back, standing there as if nothing had happened.

Wee shall seee whoo has the lasttt laughh..

Suddenly, Virgil sensed a large number of creatures heading to Sepira from the seas.

Appearing out of the waters, snakelike humanoid rose, carring weapons no one has ever seen before.

"Nagas." Virgil said.

Chapter XXXVIII

ANGELS HQ

"Commander, a scout from the southen area is requesting to see you" a guard said, as he walked into the room.

"Send him in" a person in a full red ANGEL suit said, turning around.

Light gleamed on his angel ring, it was the same as any other ring, except the six swords on it were emitting a faint aura.

As the scout walked in, the commander removed his mask and chanted an incantation, and his ANGEL suit faded into his ring, revealing a red ticonium armor.

"Yes?" The commander said.

"Commander, I have confirmed the recent sightings of the Leviathan in the southen seas. We are now waiting for your orders."

"Hmm.. what class is this leviathan?"

"Class A" the scout said.

The commander gave a smile, and stood up.
"Very well, I shall handle this myself. contact Eva for me, and tell her to meet me in Sepira in an hour time."

"Yes sir." The scout said and left the room.

"It's about time I killed something, this commander thing isn't my style." The commander said.

"Now isn't that funny Virgil?" A female voice said

"Didn't I tell them to inform you to meet me at Sepira later?" Virgil said.

"I couldn't wait, and besides, what's wrong with your girlfriend looking for you?" Eva said as she walked into the room.

"... anyway, what's so funny?"

"Haha, the part where you said the commander thing isn't your style. I thought you liked to command people?"

"That's a different matter, I'm supposed to think alot, that's not what i do best." Virgil said.

"Indeed." Eva said laughing.

"Funny, if we think back to the time we met." Virgil said.

"Yea, you were such an ass then. Getting on my nerves everytime we met." Eva said.

"No time for mushy stuffs now, we gotta get to Sepira now." Virgil said and walked towards the door.

"Right.." Eva said, and followed on.

"Did you forget anything?" Virgil asked.

"Nope." Eva replied

"You sure?" Virgil said pointing to his finger.

"OH, my ANGEL ring." Eva said, and took out the ring from her pocket.

"You do remember that the fountain doesn't work on those without the ring right."

"Yes yes, stop nagging and let's go."

Virgil and Eva dipped their finger into the Fountain of Travel and disappeared.

**Triconium is one of the rarest material in the world, very dense and harder then any other substance known, however when worn, it feels as light as cloth**
